Application Requirements
To successfully apply online, please ensure you provide the following information:
1. A valid email address.
2. At least one phone number.
3. Your home and postal address.
4. A current passport-style photo.
5. Proof of eligibility:
– Police service history (either past or present), including location, rank, and service number.
– Dates of joining, retiring, or resigning.
– Note: Eligibility requires that the applicant be or have been a sworn police officer, with duties that include powers of arrest.
1. Details of any previous IPA membership (if applicable): Section and member number.
2. Employment details (if currently employed): Company name, address, and responsibilities.
3. Select your desired region or branch, which may differ from your residence.
4. Identify the Membership Type for which you are eligible (refer to the notes on the left).
5. A commitment to abide by IPA terms and codes of conduct.
We strongly recommend that upon receiving your invoice for the application fee and current year’s dues, you arrange for an annual automatic payment to the IPA Region you have applied for, using the banking details provided at the bottom of the invoice. Please note that membership begins on January 1st of each year.
