About International Police Association

The International Police Association is a friendship organisation for members of the police force, whether serving or retired, with over 372,000 members in over 68 countries, making us the largest police association globally. It is designed to create better understanding and friendship between police forces worldwide. Members of the association wholly finance it through membership fees and socials carried out by the regions. The IPA does not solicit donations.

Become an IPA Member

Joining the IPA will cost $50. This includes a joining fee of $30 plus your first year’s subscription of $20. The joining fee is broken down into three components – $4.00 for your membership badge and the remaining amount ($26.00 is split between National and the Region you are attached to. National then pay International subs each year for each member.
