Description of Accommodation

IPA House Gold Coast is an apartment situated within a beachside Resort in Miami, Queensland. The complex has 186 apartments and resort style facilities.
The apartment is on the second floor which is accessed by stairs (38 steps). The air conditioned, self contained apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. The apartment sleeps four. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, digital television, walk thru robe and en suite. The second bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom features a bathtub, washing machine and dryer.
The open plan living includes the kitchen, dining room, lounge room and balcony overlooking the garden and pool.

Kitchen Facilities

The fully appointed kitchen features a full size fridge/freezer, ceramic hotplates, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher and all necessary cooking implements and crockery. There is a huge wall mounted digital television in the lounge room with a built in DVD player, comfortable sofas and a six seater dining room table.

Linen

Linen, towels and tea towels are included in the tariff. The apartment is un-serviced throughout the rental period.

Parking

One undercover secure parking space is allocated to the apartment and from the grounds of the resort there is direct access to the beach via foot.

Facilities

The Resort is a low rise complex nestled in two acres of lush tropical rainforest gardens. The resort boasts two award winning lagoon style swimming pools (one heated), with sandy beaches and children’s paddling pools. Other resort features include spa jets in the pool area, steam room, games room with pool table, table tennis table, arcade games, 6 outdoor BBQ entertainment areas, tour desk and a kiosk.

Location

The resort is located in Miami on Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast. The resort is only 12.5 kilometres North of Coolangatta Airport, 6.5 kilometres South of Surfers Paradise and just 1.5 hours drive South of Brisbane. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Broadbeach are four kilometres north.
There is a great selection of restaurants within walking distance of the resort, and a patrolled surf beach is only 100 metres away. Public transport is also close by.
